Suicide Awareness Week
Lead Student Coordinator for first-ever Suicide Awareness Week, Fall 2011
In light of the suicide of my friend and the attempted suicides of several students on campus, three other friends and I put together a week-long educational program. We aimed to alleviate the stigma associated with mental illness and provide information and outreach. To chronicle our work and provide help even after the week ended, I created a website. You can find more information about the week there. Each of us received the Dean’s Service Award for our work. This year, I will act as a mentor to the week’s new coordinators.

Outside Scholarships Website
Webmaster, August 2011 – May 2012
Under the direction of Webster University Scholarship Coordinator Shannon Frank, I aggregated private scholarships around the web relating to Webster University students. Along with aggregation, I designed the website using the WordPress platform and also created a handbook for future webmasters. The website has since been removed from Webster University’s server.
